This visa allows international students who have recently graduated from an Australian educational institution to live, work, and study in Australia temporarily. There are two streams under this visa:

• Graduate Work Stream:
   
  • Purpose: For international students who have recently completed a qualification that relates to an occupation on Australia's Skilled Occupation List (SOL).
     
  • Duration: Up to 18 months (can be extended if eligible).
     
  • Eligibility: Applicants must hold an eligible visa (usually a student visa) and meet the English language requirement.
     
• Post-Study Work Stream:
   
  • Purpose: For international students who have completed a higher education degree in Australia.
     
  • Duration: 2 to 4 years depending on the qualification level.
     
  • Eligibility: Applicants must have completed an eligible qualification from an Australian educational institution.

This visa allows you to work in Australia as part of an international agreement. There are several streams under this visa, but the Mates Visa (also known as the Labour Agreement Stream) is most commonly used by employers in Australia who wish to hire overseas workers for roles that are in short supply.

• Purpose: To allow workers to come to Australia for short-term work under international agreements.
   
• Eligibility: The visa is available to those nominated by a sponsoring employer who has a valid labour agreement with the Australian Government.

This visa is for individuals coming to Australia to participate in workplace-based training to improve their skills in their current occupation, area of tertiary study, or field of expertise. It is typically used for internships, graduate work experience, or training in specific professional fields.

• Purpose: To undertake structured training or a professional development program.
   
• Eligibility: Applicants need a sponsor (usually an employer or educational institution) and must be undertaking training that will help them build their career in their area of expertise.
   
• Duration: Up to 2 years.

This visa allows you to come to Australia to participate in a range of short-term activities, including cultural exchanges, research, or work for an Australian government agency or an organization approved by the government.

• Purpose: To participate in a wide range of activities, including:
   
  • Cultural or social activities
     
  • Research projects
     
  • Special programs that are endorsed by the Australian government.
     
• Eligibility: Applicants must be sponsored or supported by an organization or government agency in Australia, and the work must be short-term.
   
• Duration: Typically up to 2 years, depending on the activity.
