VISA VALIDITY
- 12 MONTHS (Live, work and travel)
- +12 MONTHS (If you worked for 3 months on 462 visa) - Second WHV
- +12 MONTHS (If you worked for 6 months on 462 visa) - Third WHV
Note : max 3 years stay - less then 35 years for extension
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Aged between 18 to 30 (less than 35 years only possible extension for SWHV and TWHV)
- Apply from INDIA but not from Australia
- Approved Pre-application details - selected in ballot
- Apply independent only (family member need separate visa application)
WORKING RIGHTS
- Must work under any employer with not less than Australian salary award
- Not work for more than 6 months period with one employer
- 3 months cumulative work experience will lead to second WORK AND HOLIDAY VISA.
- 6 months cumulative work experience will lead to Third WORK AND HOLIDAY VISA.
- If past visa is cancelled then you are not eligible to apply. EXAMPLE: Sec 12, 13, 14, 55, 56, 57, and 200.
- You can apply 462 only after 12 months if your visa is refused with general criteria.
- Study up to 4 months only.

- Registration fee: INR 5700
- VISA FEE: INR 40000 (pay to immigration department)
